struggling with sleep? you're not alone

Hello lovely readers! for those of us who aren't getting our full 8 hours worth of beauty rest, don't worry! I have highlighted some excellent products that may be able to assist and hopefully soon, you'll be sleeping like a baby.

Sleep Tight Sleep Tea (T2)

Attention all tea lovers and drinkers, this one is for you! I recently discovered that there is a tea to help you sleep and feel more calm. Those who suffer from stress and anxiety will also find this to be rather accomodating. I'm a huge fan of the cute pink tin it comes in, it looks so perfect on my kitchen shelf. A lemon- based tisane with a delicately sweet flavour. After trying for myself, I recommend to have it at least 30 minutes before bedtime to ensure it gives the full effect.

Deep Sleep Pillow Spray (ThisWorks)

I came across this product through MECCA a few years ago as I’m one who often has trouble getting to sleep early. Most nights I’m awake until nearly past midnight and it’s frustrating because I know I’m tired and my body knows I’m tired but I just can’t drift off. Allow me to introduce your possible new holy grail! Made from all naturally sourced essential oils, this calming and aromatic spray is meant to give you your greatest nights sleep with only a few quick spritzes onto your pillow. Sounds like a dream! get it? ;)

Silk Eye Mask (Peter Alexander)

Sleep like royalty with this mulberry silk eye mask. I can’t speak for anyone else but I personally find it difficult to sleep without complete darkness in my room. Even just the slightest bit of light can impact my sleep…wearing a sleeping mask is a great way to help with this problem. They are super luxurious and comfortable. Plenty of other stores online sell them for a really affordable price too! If it works, it works.

So there you have it, that’s my short list of products that should help you get a good nights rest. I hope you find this helpful and that maybe 1 or even 2 of these will assist you. Much love x
